DUMP RUNS
Typically for smaller trips where the junk, garbage, trash, clutter etc is already outside and accessable. These kinds of trips are usually fairly easy to load and dispose of. Prices are relative to the weight in most cases. We always strive to reduce costs to you, as well as ourselves, so in the end everybody saves :)
JUNK REMOVAL
Typically more involved than simple pick-ups. Includes entering the property and physically removing objects that you need cleared away, be it trash, junk, garbage, furniture, clutter, etc. Prices vary greatly as no two situations are the same, but we do our best to keep the cost to you as low as possible. Often donating to reduce disposal fees.
ESTATE & TENANT CLEAN OUTS
Typical more involved than most clean outs. These removals involve entering the property and removing multiple rooms worth of clutter, junk, garbage, furniture, etc. Often time consuming and higher in disposal fees. We almost ALWAYS do trips to donation centres to reduce unneccessary disposing of items that another family could use. As well as trips to recycling centres as needed to be sure all material goes to its appropriate final destination. Prices vary greatly depending on time and weight.

I had the pleasure of contacting and interacting with Justin. I found them through Facebook Marketplace and texted them a message for a quote on a Sunday. In my text, I provided them a few pictures of my garbage piles and received a quote within a few hours. I was surprised they showed up in the morning as I had arranged an afternoon appointment. As it was not a big deal on my end, Justin texted and called to gain permission to remove my junk early. I had asked them to send me a photo after the job was completed and it was perfect! Other than a small plastic bin they couldn't fit in one load, I was completely satisfied. (Justin, feel free to pickup the bin if your in the area and have a bit of room to spare). I was able to send them an e-transfer for the fee which is very competitive. I would deal with them again in the future.

Very impressed with the timely response and price was very reasonable compared to many other quotes. I had more junk than they had expected and they were still was able to tetris it into their trailer for one trip. Would definitely recommend.
